Watchet Mariner 10K
From the Esplanade Saturday 6th March, 10am.
The Watchet Conservation Society, in partnership with Minehead Running Club, is co-hosting a 10K race as part of the Somerset Series of Races. All proceeds from the event will directly support the Watchet Conservation Society.
Based at the Phoenix Centre, the race begins and ends on the Esplanade. Up to 200 runners will pass the statue of the Ancient Mariner and head up Swain Street and Anchor Street, follow the Old Mineral Line to Washford, and return along the scenic lanes over Cleeve Hill. The event is suitable for runners of all standards.

Upcoming Events
We organize regular talks and meetings throughout the year. Most talks are held at the Methodist School Hall at 7.30pm unless otherwise noted.
- 17 November 2026: Annual General Meeting — Molly Quint, Chair at 7:30pm , Phoenix Centre
Members attend free, non-members £3.00. Tea and biscuits are usually served.

Members may attend talks and open meetings free of charge. Non-members are welcome to attend talks for £3.00 per event.
